Jeff Sherer leads ThryvHQ, bringing more than twenty years in technology and cybersecurity leadership in the U.S. national-security community; he holds the CISSP and PMP. He is an ICF-certified executive coach (PCC) with an advanced team-coaching certification, which informs the “design the work first” method. He studied engineering and finance at the University of Pennsylvania, industrial psychology at Carnegie Mellon, and public policy at Harvard. He also serves as a trustee of an institutional retirement plan.
